**In overall good condition. The coat with several small areas in need of some attention. There is about a 1" seam under the collar on the back of the coat that needs to be stitched down. It cannot be seen when looking at the coat. It can only be seen when pulling at the seam between the collar and the back of the coat. There is a small area behind one of the sleeves, at the armpit, where the pelts have come loose and can be easily repaired. This area cannot be seen when the sleeves are hanging down and only when the sleeve is being pulled forward. There is also an area at the bottom of one of the side pockets, where the stitching on the liner is starting to come loose. This area cannot be seen without pulling the pocket open.
