Three-Piece "Lyre and Rose" Pattern Cast Iron Garden Suite

American, probably by the Robert Wood Foundry, Philadelphia, the suite comprised of a settee and a pair of armchairs, now painted white.

Notes: The Philadelphia pattern in production from about 1840 into the 20th century.

**In overall good condition. All backs and arms are tight. The pieces are functional and ready to use. One rear leg of an armchair is very slightly loose, but remains functional.
The suite exhibits indications of wear, and several layers of paint, now pretty completely over-painted. No breaks, cracks or repairs are visible.
