Pair of Louis XVI-Style Painted and Leather-Upholstered Fauteuils

early 20th century, after Jean-Baptiste-Claude Sene, the molded top rail joined to like stiles extending to open arms and terminating in scroll ends, raised on fluted and stop-fluted legs, now upholstered in deep olive leather edged with brass tacks.

Estimate $1,200-1,800

**Both are in very good, sturdy condition. The arms are tight. No sign of damage or repairs. The leather is showing some wear to the armrests and mild cracking to the seats. Wear to the painted surfaces consistent with age and use.
