Pair of Handsome French Gilt-Bronze Sconces

third quarter 20th century, in the neoclassical taste, the tapered backplates decorated with panels of meandering leaves and set with berry-form finials and pierced bowknots, the scrolled candle arms supporting leaf-molded candle sockets and matching prism rings hung with swags of cut glass prisms and various cut glass drops.

**The bronze is in fine condition with great detail and nice patina. There are a few missing prisms. Some of the wax candle sleeves have chips. They are electrified.
