Pair of Georgian Giltwood and Brass Girandoles

third quarter 18th century, the central mirror plates set with an ogee surround, the crests decorated with scrollwork, pierced rocaille work and flower heads, the bases set with scrolled candle arms terminating in turned sockets and drip pans, decorated to match.
h. 25", w. 10", d. 6"

Provenance: Estate of Edward "Ted" L'Engle Baker and Ann McDonald Baker, Jacksonville, Florida.

Estimate $1,000-1,500

**Both are in good "as found" condition. No sign of damage or missing elements. The mirror plates are distressed from age.
They are both of the same vintage.
