Napoleon III Ebonized and Boulle Cabinet

mid-19th century, the domed and molded cornice above a case fitted with a glazed door and glazed sides, the lower section fitted with two glazed doors, the sides glazed, raised on molded block feet, the whole with boulle and ormolu accents.

**In "as found" condition. There are scattered losses and loose brasswork throughout. The brass trim moldings have old dents from age and use. Losses to some of the tortoise veneer along with scattered filler. Shrinkage to this inlay causing minor rippling throughout.
