third quarter 19th century, Boston, Massachusetts, in a rosewood-grained painted case, the dial signed "Howard & Davis, Boston", the interior base with three early repair labels.
h. 38", w. 15-1/2", d. 3-3/4"

**In very good condition. The glass appears to be original and the finish looks original. The dial is painted on metal and appears original with light wear from age. No sign of damage. Pendulum, weight and winding key are present. The movement is also engraved "Howard & Davis Boston". We are uncertain as to its running condition.
