George III-Style Mahogany Pole Screen
19th century, the adjustable, rectangular screen inset with a needlepoint and petit point pastoral scene, raised on three splayed cabriole legs ending in pad feet.

**In overall good condition. A few scattered pulled threads, including upper left, mid-right and center; other small areas. Stitches maintain structural integrity. Overall surface soiling. Some fading of pigment intensity. Backing with some staining along mid-right edge and overall slight soiling. Wood has scattered nicks, losses and areas of abrading, especially at back vertical pole. Latch at back with one loose element; band has been reinforced with a piece of wood. Please see additional images.
