Cased Victorian Sterling Silver Condiment Set

hallmarked Birmingham, 1877-1878, by Hilliard & Thomason, in the form of a border spade and spading fork with engraved sterling spades and carved bone handles, monogrammed "SB", presented in the original indigo silk- and velvet-lined leather case.
l. 6"; case 3-1/4" x 6-3/4"

Estimate $200-400

**In generally good condition. The "border spade" handle has some slight give, but is secure. Handles yellowed but no cracks or splits. Silver elements fully hallmarked. Case with some light scuffs on the exterior but interior good.
