Horton's Patents, April 18th, 1865 August 28, 1866, Ithaca, NY", with a cut and engraved crystal pendulum inset, the handsome rosewood case decorated with ebonized carved trim and colonettes. h. 20-1/2", w. 10-1/4", d. 5-1/4"
Estimate $1,000-1,500 **In "as found" condition. There are some small carving losses to the leaf tips on the top crest. Considerable wear to the painted face of the upper dial. The condition of the rolls in the lower case appear to be good and are believed to be replacements. Both window glasses are intact. The lower glass dial and pendulum believed to be appropriate replacements as well. Appears to retain its original finish with a good overall patina. Winding key is present. We are uncertain as to its running condition.
