fourth quarter 19th century, each panel with scroll-carved surrounds accented with flowerheads, the lower panel set with a beveled mirror and the upper panel with an oil-on-canvas painting of a group playing blind man's bluff in a pastoral setting.

**The frame appears tight and stable, with rubbing to the painted wood by design.

The painted canvas panel exhibits a couple areas of significant alligatoring/cracking with corresponding paint losses.
